For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, guides, articles, educational materials, logos, icons, audio-visual elements and other materials published on or made available through the Platform.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, where applicable.
• "Third-Party Operator" means any external online gambling platform, sportsbook, casino or gaming service referenced in pkmga's content. pkmga is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any Third-Party Operator.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, statutes, regulations and subordinate legislation applicable to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any other legislation in your country of residence or jurisdiction.
• "Intellectual Property" means all copyright, trademarks, trade names, service marks, design rights, database rights, domain names, patents and any other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to pkmga.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by regulated gambling operators before processing deposits or withdrawals.
• "PKR" / "Rs" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all other policies and notices published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

Where pkmga offers user account registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. You may not use a false name, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise provide misleading information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pkmga immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pkmga shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• pkmga reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, Applicable Laws and any guidelines or policies published by pkmga. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or in violation of any Applicable Laws.
• Transmitting, uploading or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any related systems or networks.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or any other non-human means to access, copy or extract data from the Platform without pkmga's express written consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technological protection measures implemented on the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying or commercially exploiting any Content without prior written authorisation from pkmga.
• Using the Platform to solicit, advertise or promote third-party services, products or gambling platforms without authorisation.

pkmga reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, removing content and reporting conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

pkmga itself does not accept deposits, process payments or hold funds on behalf of users. All financial transactions — including deposits into gambling accounts — are conducted directly between the user and the relevant Third-Party Operator through that operator's own cashier and payment infrastructure.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkmga expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

pkmga does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any information published on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any specific purpose.
• Any third-party operator referenced on the Platform is reputable, compliant or suitable for use by any particular user.
• Outcomes of any gambling activity will meet any expectation based on information read on this Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkmga, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and even if pkmga has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pkmga reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you, where pkmga reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform constitutes or may constitute a violation of Applicable Laws.
• Your conduct poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform or other users.
• You have provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law clauses — shall continue in full force and effect.

pkmga reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, pkmga will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. pkmga is not obliged to provide individual notification of amendments except where required by Applicable Laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

For Pakistani users: access to and use of the Platform is subject to the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and all other applicable legislation. pkmga does not claim that gambling is lawful in Pakistan and does not hold any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority permitting gambling operations in Pakistan.
